A brake control device for a high-rise building fire rescue system, which has a reasonable design, high safety, and stable and reliable service performance. A high-rise building fire rescue device comprises a cable A winding and unwinding device (2), which is mounted on a base frame A (1), and a cable B winding and unwinding device (4), which is mounted on a base frame B (3), wherein an A transmission spindle (5) on the cable A winding and unwinding device is connected, by means of a connection device (7), to a B transmission spindle (6) on the cable B winding and unwinding device, so as to realize synchronous rotation. An emergency braking device comprises a reduction gear box (8), which is arranged below the cable A winding and unwinding device or the cable B winding and unwinding device; and the reduction gear box comprises an input shaft (9), an output shaft (10) and a gear transmission group, wherein the input shaft is connected to the output shaft by means of the gear transmission group; the input shaft is connected, by means of a transmission member (11), to the cable A winding and unwinding device or the cable B winding and unwinding device; one end of the output shaft is provided with a magnetic block (12); and one end of the magnetic block is provided with a permanent magnet lifter (13).
