Abstract:
A brake control device (1000), a brake control system, and a control method, applicable to intelligent vehicles, alternative fuel vehicles, or conventional vehicles, etc. The brake control device (1000) comprises: a hydraulic cylinder (200), a push rod (230), a piston (240), a drive device (300), a first control valve (801), a second control valve (802), a third control valve (803), and a fourth valve (904). The multiple valves and a specific connection configuration are employed, such that two hydraulic chambers communicate with each other during pressure buildup caused by a forward movement, but do not communicate with each other during pressure buildup caused by a backward movement. Since hydraulic pressures in the two hydraulic chambers remain equal or the pressure difference is small, seamless switching between the pressure build-up caused by a forward movement and the pressure build-up caused by a backward movement can be achieved to meet vehicle braking requirements. In addition, each brake circuit can be independently controlled to turn on or off, thereby improving safety and reducing the number of valves.
