Abstract:
A tube member (20) is provided between an inner wall of a hole portion (70) provided in a fixed member (10) and a shaft (30). A predetermined gap (G1) is provided between an inner wall of the tube member (20) on the inner side in the radial direction and the shaft (30), the gap (G1) allowing the shaft (30) to rotate about the axis with respect to the tube member (20). Meanwhile, the inner wall of the hole portion (70) and the tube member (20) are fixed to each other. A torque at which the fixation between the inner wall of the hole portion (70) and the tube member (20) is released when a load is applied to a predetermined position of a brake pedal (40) where a driver can apply a tread force while the tube member (20) and the shaft (30) are stuck to each other is larger than 0 and smaller than a torque that breaks at least a part of a brake pedal device (1) when the load is applied to the predetermined position while the tube member (20) and the shaft (30) are stuck to each other.
