Abstract:

Provided are a brake release mechanism capable of easily releasing a brake mechanism without depending on the amount of screwing of a set screw or the like while having a simple configuration, a motor with a brake, and a hoisting machine.　A brake release mechanism 200 comprises: a screw hole 211 that is formed in the cover bottom 321 of a motor cover 32; an insertion hole 210 that is formed in the cover bottom 321; a ball screw 220 that is screwed into the screw hole 211 until a first ball body 225 abuts on a drum member 82; a ball pin 230 that is inserted into the insertion hole 210 until a second ball body 233 abuts on the drum member 82; and an operation lever 240 that, with the ball screw 220 being screwed into the screw hole 211 until the first ball body 225 abuts on the drum member 82, pushes in while pressing the ball pin 230 inserted in the insertion hole 210. The screw hole 211 and the insertion hole 210 are separated by 1/4 or more in the circumferential direction of the cover bottom 321.
