Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a novel branched fluorine-containing compound. The problem is solved by a branched fluorine-containing compound represented by formula (1): [in the formula, L represents a predetermined carbon-containing linker moiety, Rf, which is the same or different in each occurrence, represents a fluoroalkyl group optionally having one or more ether bonds; Y, which is the same or different in each occurrence, represents a predetermined divalent linking group or a bond; RY, which is the same or different in each occurrence, represents a hydrogen atom or an organic group; L represents an (n1+n2)-valent carbon-containing linker moiety having one or more carbon atoms; n1 represents a number not lower than 1; n2 represents a number not lower than 1; n1+n2 is a number of 3-6; X, which is the same or different in each occurrence, represents a divalent linking group or a bond; A, which is the same or different in each occurrence, represents -ArSO3M or the like; M, which is the same or different in each occurrence, represents a hydrogen atom, -NR4, or a metal salt; and R represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 organic group].
