Abstract:
Branching equipment 10 can convey an article 90 on a conveyance path 20 to a branching path 40 formed so as to branch from the conveyance path 20. In a branching section 23 to the branching path 40 on the conveyance path 20, a plurality of conveyance rollers 24 that form a conveyance surface of the conveyance path 20 and can respectively rotate around vertical shafts 26 are disposed in a conveyance direction H of the article 90 on the conveyance path 20 and in a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction H of the article 90. Between conveyance rollers 24 that are disposed adjacent in the direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction H of the article 90, a gap S1 is formed in the conveyance direction H of the article 90. In the gap S1, a rail 50 that can support the article 90 is provided extending in the conveyance direction H of the article 90.
