Abstract:
In order to provide a Brayton cycle refrigeration device which utilizes a Brayton cycle using multiple stages of compressors, and which has excellent responsiveness without a reduction in refrigeration performance due to fluctuation in the thermal load of the cooling subject, this Brayton cycle refrigeration device (100) is equipped with multiple stages of compressors (102a, 102b, 102c) in a refrigerant line (101); a temperature sensor (160) that detects the thermal load of the cooling subject; and a buffer tank (111) provided between a low-pressure line (109) and a high-pressure line (110). The refrigeration performance is adjusted by controlling the degree of opening of valves (112, 113) and thereby controlling the flow volume of the refrigerant in the refrigerant line.
