Abstract:
The present invention relates to a brazier-type gasification and carbonization furnace, and the object is to solve the technical problems of high costs, low benefits and difficult popularization caused by the large design scale of the existing biomass gasification and carbonization equipment. The technical solution is as follows: the furnace comprises a furnace body, a protective rim, several adjusting bolts, a furnace cover and a chimney; the furnace body is a conical cylinder with a width reducing from top to bottom, and the furnace body is not provided with a top surface and a bottom surface; the furnace cover is a conical cylinder with a width increasing from top to bottom, and the protective rim is provided on the edge of the bottom end of the furnace cover; the several adjusting bolts are uniformly provided on the edge of the top of the furnace body, the furnace cover is placed on the adjusting bolts provided on the top of the furnace body so that the protective rim covers the top of the furnace body; and the chimney is provided on an opening at the top end of the furnace cover, and several air inlet holes are uniformly provided on the middle and lower parts of the chimney. In the gasification and carbonization process of a biomass material, the present invention can rapidly and efficiently produce biomass carbon, so as to achieve full combustion of a cracked gas, and the equipment has a simple structure, is easy to operate, has a low price, and is convenient for popularization and application.
