Abstract:
This breaker opening/closing control system for controlling the opening/closing of a plurality of breakers at a substation comprises an off control device and a plurality of opening/closing command devices. The off control device acquires status information and a quantity of electricity for at least one of a system voltage and a principal circuit current from the plurality of breakers and, on the basis of the acquired status information, calculates a delay time for a zero crossing point for the system voltage or the principal circuit current on the basis of the system period and opening/closing operation times for the plurality of breakers in order to turn the plurality of breakers off or on at a desired phase for the system voltage or the principal circuit current. The plurality of opening/closing command devices output opening command signals or closing command signals that have undergone delay control on the basis of the calculated delay time to the plurality of breakers. The off control device acquires the status information and the quantity of electricity for at least one of the system voltage and the principal circuit current over a shared communication network that is connected to the off control device and the plurality of opening/closing command devices.
