Abstract:
The present invention relates to a breaker for striking and thereby breaking an object to be struck. Disclosed is a breaker including: a cylinder in which a piston can be reciprocatively moved by a separate driving pump; a housing which is provided below the cylinder and is penetrated in the vertical direction, and has a striking space formed therein, wherein the piston descends and thereby becomes inserted into the striking space; an elongated striking unit disposed below the piston in the housing, wherein the lower side of the elongated striking unit strikes the object to be struck; and an intermediate transmission unit disposed, below the striking space, between the striking unit and the striking space, wherein a lower portion of the intermediate transmission unit transmits the force generated due the striking of the piston to the striking unit by contacting the upper side of the chisel.
