Abstract:
A breaking assembly (25) for separating an auxiliary material (262) from a workpiece (26), comprising: a breaking mounting plate (251); a push driver (253) mounted on the breaking mounting plate (251); a rod-shaped fixed finger (252), wherein the fixed finger is fixedly connected to the breaking mounting plate (251) and downwardly hangs from the breaking mounting plate (251); and a rod-shaped sliding finger (254), wherein the sliding finger is in transmission connection with the power output end of the push driver (253) and downwardly hangs from the push driver (253). The bottom of the fixed finger (252) is open to form a breaking accommodating cavity (255); the sliding finger (254) and the fixed finger (252) are arranged opposite to each other; the side surface of the sliding finger (254) opposite to the fixed finger (252) is fixedly connected to a breaking penetrating and sleeving rod (2542); and under the driving of the push driver (253), the sliding finger (254) is close to or distant from the fixed finger (252), so that the breaking penetrating and sleeving rod (2542) is inserted into the breaking accommodating cavity (255) or is pulled away from the breaking accommodating cavity (255). The breaking assembly (25) can prevent the problems of welding spot falling, welding seam cracking, the deformation of the workpiece (26) and the like caused by an overlarge bending force applied to a folding lug (263).
