A breathable fluid-absorbing bed sheet, comprising a bag body (2) and a fan (1); the bag body (2) is provided with an air inlet (5); the air inlet (5) is connected with the fan (1) to inflate the bag body (2); one side of the bag body (2) is made of breathable fabric and used for enabling human skin to breath and also absorbing body fluids at the wounds of human body into the bag body (2); a fluid-absorbing medium is arranged in the bag body (2); the bag body (2) is provided with a sealing zipper (3) used for the replacement of the fluid-absorbing medium. In the breathable fluid-absorbing bed sheet, the bag body (2) is provided with the air inlet (5) communicated with the fan (2), and one side of the bag body (2) is the breathable fabric, as a result of which the skin of a patient can be kept dry and comfortable, and also the bed sheet can absorb body fluids at the wounds of human body; in addition, the suspension function is not affected, so that only the fluid-absorbing medium in the bed sheet needs to be replaced after the bed sheet being contaminated by body fluids, and convenience and hygiene are achieved.
