Abstract:

A breathing assistance device, comprising a master control module (30), a heating circuit (10), and a heating-circuit protection circuit (20) that is connected to the heating circuit (10). The heating-circuit protection circuit (20) comprises a collection sub-circuit (210), a suppression sub-circuit (220), a protection sub-circuit (230) and a bleeder sub-circuit (240). The collection sub-circuit (210) collects an input voltage of the protection sub-circuit (230), and transmits the input voltage to the suppression sub-circuit (220). The suppression sub-circuit (220) clamps the input voltage and releases a current by means of the bleeder sub-circuit (240). The protection sub-circuit (230) performs short-circuit protection when the current is too high. In the breathing assistance device, the voltage of the heating circuit (10) is monitored, the input voltage is suppressed by means of the suppression sub-circuit (220), overvoltage protection is realized by means of voltage clamping, and overcurrent protection is realized by means of the protection sub-circuit (230) when the circuit current is too high, thereby preventing a safety risk caused by an electric spark triggered by an instantaneous high voltage.
