Abstract:
A breathing guide method and a related apparatus. The method comprises: when an electronic device (100) monitors a first action, prompting a user to perform an inhalation action in a first prompt mode; and when the electronic device (100) monitors a second action, prompting the user to perform an exhalation action in a second prompt mode. The first action and the second action may be user actions monitored by the electronic device (100). The first action and the second action may be actions of other electronic devices (e.g., a sports instrument and a medical instrument) monitored by the electronic device (100). The first action and the second action may also be actions of other electronic devices monitored by other electronic devices.
