Abstract:
The invention provides a brushless DC motor with improved structure of a hall element. It includes motor housing, in which has a rotor and a stator. The character is that a circuit board is arranged on the rear end shield of the housing. Said circuit board whereon has a hall element is assembled with a control chip onto the rear end shield. A magnet, which induces with the hall element, is arranged on the one end of the shaft. As a result, the invention has such advantages as follows: Firstly, the brushless DC motor is reasonable design, simple structure, and notable effect; Secondly, the hall element is arranged outside originally, which avoid the limitation in known arrangement and simplify the structure effectively, as well as facilitate fitting; Thirdly, it can improve the heat radiation capability obviously so as to increase the stability when the system works; Lastly, the test would be convenient, thereby easy to work.
