Title:
BRUSHLESS RECTIFIER-FREE DIRECT-CURRENT ELECTRIC GENERATOR CAPABLE OF REVERSING SOUTH (S) POLE AND NORTH (N) POLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/154773
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A main structure of the direct-current electric generator comprises a stator, a south (S) pole rotor, a north (N) pole rotor and a base. The stator consists of electricity generation units and a magnetic field. The electricity generation units consist of electricity generation unit coils and stator magnet yoke segments, and the electricity generation units are connected to form an annular stator. The stator magnet yoke segments in the electricity generation unit coils are connected to form an integrated stator magnet yoke. The stator magnetic field is formed by arranging S-N poles of a plurality of permanent magnets (or an excitation coil comprising an internal magnet yoke) to be parallel in the same direction. The magnetic field has a uniform direction along a center shaft of a motor, and forms an annular magnetic field around the center shaft. Each permanent magnet (or the excitation coil comprising the internal magnet yoke) has an independent magnetic field. The rotor consists of the south (S) pole rotor, the north (N) pole rotor, a gear set and a rotary shaft. The south (S) pole rotor and the north (N) pole rotor are driven by the gear set to perform a reverse movement. Magnetic lines in the south (S) pole rotor and the north (N) pole rotor form a fan-shaped magnetic field loop. The fan-shaped magnetic field loop is not arranged on the same horizontal circular surface, and is a staggered intersecting loop having a three-dimensional structure. According to different shapes of cross sections of the stator magnet yokes, the stator magnet yokes are divided into different types. Stator magnet yokes having rectangular cross sections are known as round stators (or cylinder stators), and stator magnet yokes having square cross sections are known as column stators.
