Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bubble column reactor, and provides a bubble column reactor comprising: a reaction zone in which a reaction of gaseous reactants takes place within a liquid reaction medium; a separating section (disengaging section) which is provided above the reaction zone and to which a first gaseous stream, rising from the reaction section, is introduced; and a condensation zone which is provided above the separating section and to which a second gaseous stream, rising from the separating section, is introduced, wherein the diameter of the condensation zone is greater than the diameter of the separating section.
