Abstract:
A buffer product for packaging, and an inspection and material selection method therefor. The buffer product for packaging comprises a buffer structure (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60) for packaging, and the buffer structure (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60) for packaging comprises at least one base material layer (11, 21, 23, 31, 33, 35, 43, 51, 54, 62) and at least one buffer layer (12, 22, 32, 34, 42, 44, 52, 53, 61, 63). The buffer layer (12, 22, 32, 34, 42, 44, 52, 53, 61, 63) comprises a plurality of hollow tubular objects (2, 12A, 42A, 44A) fixedly arranged on the surface of one side of the base material layer (11, 21, 23, 31, 33, 35, 43, 51, 54, 62). Each hollow tubular object (2, 12A, 42A, 44A) is in a shape capable of generating elasticity, and the hollow tubular object (2, 12A, 42A, 44A) extends in the axial direction thereof. The inspection method of the buffer product for packaging comprises the following steps: a, obtaining detection data of each or a certain number of tubular objects; b, calculating static load-bearing; c, calculating dynamic load-bearing; d, determining violent loading and unloading.
