Abstract:
A buffering hinge for a thick door plate comprises a base (1), a disassembly and assembly support (2), a hinging arm (5), a hinging cup (7), a four-hole connection rod (6), a stacked sheet (8), an elastic member, a buffering device (14), and a plurality of connection members. A swing arm of the stacked sheet (8) is provided with an arch-shaped protrusion (81). The hinging cup (7) is connected to the four-hole connection rod (6) and the stacked sheet (8) by means of two U-shaped needles (9). Each U-shaped needle (9) is provided with a long needle head (91) and a short needle head (92). The hinging cup (7) is provided with three connection holes. The first connection hole is connected to the four-hole connection rod (6) by means of the short needle heads (92) of the two U-shaped needles (9), and the two short needle heads (92) are inserted into holes in a side arm of the hinging cup (7) from the outer sides and then are inserted into connection holes of the four-hole connection rod (6). The second connection hole is in shaft connection with the stacked sheet (8) by means of the long needle head (91) of the first U-shaped needle (9). The third connection hole is inserted in the long needle head (91) of the second U-shaped needle (9). The buffering hinge for a thick door plate is suitable for a door plate having the width ranging from 14 mm to 28 mm, has good universality, a long service life, is flexible and smooth in opening and closing and has a good silencing effect.
