Abstract:
A buffering hinge, comprising a hinge cup (1), a first connecting rod (2), a second connecting rod (3), a torsion spring (5), a hinge arm (6) and a base (7). The lower ends of the first connecting rod (2) and the second connecting rod (3) are hinged to the lower end of the hinge cup (1) by means of a U-shaped needle (4); the hinge arm (6) is installed on the base (7); the upper end of the first connecting rod (2) is hinged to the two sides of the torsion spring (5) and the hinge arm (6); a tail end rotating arm (51) of the torsion spring (5) abuts on the top of the inner wall of the hinge arm (6). The buffering hinge is characterized by: further comprising a rotator (8) and a buffer (9) that touches each other. When rotating, the rotator (8) drives the buffer (9) to telescope; the rotator (8) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the second connecting rod (3); the upper end of the second connecting rod (3) is hinged to the two sides of the hinge arm (6), and a middle rotating arm (52) of the torsion spring (5) is pressed against the hinging portion thereof; the buffer (9) is provided at the bottom of the hinge arm (6) and a piston rod of the buffer is fixedly connected to the hinge arm (6). The connecting structure between the rotator (8) and the buffer (9) is optimized and improved, so that the present invention has a compact structure, uses less parts, reduces production cost, is easy to be assembled, and improves working efficiency and product stability.
