Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a building in a multi-unit residence that allows vehicles to be efficiently parked adjacent to living areas. A building (1) comprises: a plurality of residences (20), each of which is formed on one level of a building body (10), comprises at least two living floors on which a resident H lives, and is provided with a human entryway (21) through which the resident enters and exits and a service entrance (22) disposed on a residential floor different from that of the human entryway (21); residential parking areas (30) that communicate with the service entrances (22) of the residences (20), allow vehicles C used by the residents H living in the respective residences (20) to be parked, and are disposed adjacent to the respective residences (20); a residence-side vehicle-only passage (40) that links the residential parking areas (30) to outside the building body (10) and can be passed through by the vehicles C; and a residence-side pedestrian-only passage (50) that links the human entryways (21) to outside the building body (10) and can be passed through by the residents H on foot.
