Abstract:
A building construction lifting/lowering method, which uses an elevator to carry out the following constructions, and comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a working mode; S2, performing independent lifting and lifting/lowering construction modes for the first time; S3, performing overall lifting and lifting/lowering construction modes for the first time; and S4, repeating the steps S2 and S3 until the required height is completed. A large disc frame and construction platform (4) is detachable, can be used in an independent manner or in a combined manner. When being disassembled, the large disc frame and construction platform (4) is a suspended platform having guide rails mounted in advance. When being combined, the large disc frame and construction platform (4) as a whole can lift a car together. During disassembly, an anti-falling device (13) is arranged on the large disc frame and construction platform (4), so that falling caused by the breakage of a steel wire rope (3) is prevented. During combination, the anti-falling device (13) is still effective.
