Abstract:
A building energy integrated-management apparatus, and a method therefor are disclosed. The building energy integrated-management apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an integrated energy measurement unit for measuring, in real-time, a plurality of energy sources used according to use in energy infrastructure; an integrated energy prediction unit for generating, for the plurality of energy sources, an energy-source-specific supply curve and unit price curve, a use-specific energy demand curve, and a use-specific replaceable energy-supply group, generating, according to use, an energy-supply-group-specific minimum cost combination, checking the energy-source-specific supply curve and unit price curve when a prediction value and an actual measurement value exceed a permissible error range, correcting the use-specific energy demand curve, and correcting the use-specific replaceable energy-supply group; an integrated energy control unit for controlling the energy infrastructure according to an energy-source-specific supply amount and supply sequence, which are determined according to use by the integrated energy prediction unit; and an integrated energy evaluation unit for outputting the result of controlling the energy infrastructure according to the energy-source-specific supply amount and supply sequence determined by the integrated energy prediction unit, and evaluating whether the result matches a predicted value.
