Abstract:
Provided is a building plate, wherein a panel is bonded to an upper end of a honeycomb core by means of a first foaming material, a bottom plate is bonded to a lower end of the honeycomb core by means of a second foaming material, and a frame is detachably arranged on the periphery of the honeycomb core, so that a surrounding edge of the honeycomb core is formed to protect the honeycomb core well and increase the structural strength of the plate; and edge burrs are blocked by means of the frame, and deburring treatment is not needed during installation, so that later installation is more convenient, the structure of the building plate provided in the present invention is simpler, the cost is lower, and the bonding effect of the foaming materials is better. By means of a manufacturing method for the building plate provided in the present invention, forming can be achieved merely by means of one-time mold pressing, operation is easy, and the method is suitable for industrial production; and the splicing method for the building plate provided in the present invention can, according to requirements, achieve splicing of plates which are different in size, suitable for external corner type wall corner installation and suitable for internal corner type wall corner installation, operation is easy, and the application range is wide.
