Abstract:
A building structure and construction method, the building structure comprising column units (401, 402, 403, 404), main crossbeam units (405, 406, 407, 408), and a floor slab unit (409), the floor slab unit (409) comprising a semi-prefabricated concrete floor slab formwork layer and a floor slab framework unit partially embedded in said semi-prefabricated floor slab layer; the main crossbeam units (405, 406, 407, 408) comprise a semi-prefabricated concrete main crossbeam formwork layer, and a main crossbeam framework unit partially embedded in said semi-prefabricated main crossbeam formwork layer; the column units comprise a column framework unit, the column framework unit comprising a column beam units and supporting feet (27, 28) fixed onto the column beam units; both ends of a main crossbeam large joist are supported on and connected to the two opposite supporting feet (27, 28) of the two adjacent column units (401, 402, 403, 404); longitudinal large steel joists are supported on the main crossbeam large joist; laterally protruding longitudinal large steel joists and rebars of the semi-prefabricated floor slab form work are positioned above the main crossbeam units (405, 406, 407, 408); and one or more floor slab units (409) are installed in each unit cell formed by the column units (401, 402, 403, 404) and the main crossbeam units (405, 406, 407, 408). The present building structure has the advantages of not requiring a support frame, not requiring dismantling of the formwork, and high construction efficiency.
