Disclosed is a built-in pressure rotary sealing device, used for realizing the sealing between a barrel body (1) and a rotary sealing cover (5). The barrel body is installed on a base body and can rotate relative to the base body, and the rotary sealing cover is buckled at an opening at the rear end of the barrel body. The sealing device comprises a rotary sealing ring (2), a pressure band (7) and an outer sealing ring (8). The rotary sealing ring is wrapped around the outer side of the outer edge of the rotary sealing cover and is fixedly connected to the barrel body; and both the outer sealing ring and the pressure band are movably installed at the rear side of the rotary sealing cover, the outer sealing ring is located between the pressure band and the rotary sealing ring in a radial direction of the barrel body, and the pressure band is used for pressing the outer sealing ring outwards so as to bring the outer sealing ring into contact with the rotary sealing ring for sealing. The device has the advantages of a good sealing effect, a simple structure, a light weight, a low cost, convenient in terms of maintenance, etc. Further disclosed is a control method for the built-in pressure rotary sealing device.
