Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a bulb-type light source device that can be reduced in size and that can ensure excellent antenna reception sensitivity without impairing the light distribution characteristics of an illumination light source. [Solution] This bulb-type light source device comprises a light source unit, a housing, a circuit board, and a base. The light source unit has a gap region. The housing includes an electroconductive outer shell and a light-transmissive cover. The housing houses the light source unit. The electroconductive outer shell forms a first region inside the housing. The light-transmissive cover opposes the electroconductive outer shell and forms a second region that opposes the first region inside the housing. The circuit board is housed inside the housing and is equipped with at least an antenna that receives a wireless signal from the outside of the housing. The circuit board is provided so as to pass through the gap region in a manner such that the antenna is arranged in the second region. The base is arranged on the side of the electroconductive outer shell of the housing opposite from the side where the light-transmissive cover is provided. The base is used to supply electric power to the light source unit.
