Disclosed are a bullet comment pushing method and device. The method comprises: receiving, from a target pushing user, a request for obtaining bullet comments of a video being watched; obtaining a first historical record of the target pushing user, and obtaining a user personalized label of the target pushing user by analyzing the first historical record; obtaining a second historical record of at least one bullet comment writer of the video and/or a writer label marked by other users for the at least one bullet comment writer; respectively obtaining writer personalized labels of the bullet comment writers by analyzing the respective second historical records and/or the writer labels of the bullet comment writers; performing matching between the user personalized label of the target pushing user and the writer personalized labels of the bullet comment writers; and preferentially pushing, to the target pushing user, bullet comments of the video written by the bullet comment writer with the writer personalized label successfully matched. The bullet comment pushing method and device provided by embodiments of the present invention are able to preferentially push bullet comments of interest to a target user.
