Abstract:
Disclosed is a bumper frame having crash boxes with reinforced rigidity. The bumper frame having crash boxes with reinforced rigidity, according to the present invention, is a bumper frame which is installed on a vehicle body so as to absorb an impact applied from the front of a vehicle, and comprises a horizontal beam arranged in the width direction of the vehicle, and a pair of crash boxes coupled to the left and right sides of the horizontal beam. The crash boxes each comprise: a main body formed in a hollow pipe shape; an inner reinforcement part which is formed in a grid shape in a hollow of the main body and is formed in the longitudinal direction of the main body so as to reinforce the rigidity of the main body; and mounting brackets which protrude from the upper and lower surfaces of the main body along the longitudinal direction of the main body and are coupled to the horizontal beam.
