Abstract:
A bundle spun yarn that is 100% animal hair fibers; or a mixed bundle spun yarn that includes animal hair fibers and other short fibers that are not the animal hair fibers. The animal hair fibers are cut to an average fiber length of 20–35 mm and a maximum fiber length of no more than 55 mm. Winding fibers are wound onto a surface to form the spun yarn. The fiber cloth uses the bundle spun yarn in the form of a single yarn or a two-ply yarn that has a metric count of 10–80. The fiber cloth is woven or knit. The fiber product for a garment is made from the fiber cloth. The present invention prevents yarn imperfections and breakage and facilitates stable spinning. The bundle spun yarn has substantial practical physical properties, and production costs are greatly reduced.
