The present invention provides a burner comprising: a starting material port that spouts siloxane as starting gas; and multiple flammable gas ports disposed around the periphery of the starting material port. The starting material port protrudes more in the spouting direction of the flammable gas than the flammable gas spouting outlets of the flammable gas ports.
