Provided are a burner (100) and a fuel gas implement (300); the burner (100) comprises a bottom cup assembly (102) and a flamer (104) arranged on the bottom cup assembly (102). the bottom cup assembly (102) comprises an air intake assembly (120); the air intake assembly (120) is provided with a first air intake channel (134), a second air intake channel (136), and a connection channel (138) connecting the first air intake channel (134) and the second air intake channel (138). The second air intake channel (136) is arranged obliquely with respect to the first air intake channel (134); the first air intake channel (134) has an air inlet (140). The bottom cup assembly (102) is provided with a first primary air replenishment chamber (154) and a second primary air replenishment chamber (156), which are separate from each other. The first air intake channel (134) is in communication with the first primary air replenishment chamber (154), and the second air intake channel (136) is in communication with the second primary air replenishment chamber (156).
