A burner (10) comprising a base cup (12), a flame splitter (14), and a flame cover (16). The base cup (12) comprises an inner ring nozzle (122) and outer ring nozzles (123) in communication with an air inlet channel (121) and facing upwards. An arrival cavity (124) in communication with the inner ring nozzle (122) and the outer ring nozzles (123) is formed on the base cup (12). The flame splitter (14) is arranged on the base cup (12) and comprises an inner ring Venturi tube (141) opposite the inner ring nozzle (122) and outer ring Venturi tubes (142) opposite the outer ring nozzles (123). The flame splitter (14) is separated from the base cup (12) to form a gap (13). The flame splitter (14) forms an inner ring mixing cavity (143) in communication with the inner ring Venturi tube (141) and an outer ring mixing cavity (144) in communication with the outer ring Venturi tubes (142) and separated from the inner ring mixing cavity (143). Inner ring groove openings (146) and outer ring groove openings (146) are formed upon the flame splitter (14).
