Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of gear burr detection. Disclosed is a burr detection system for a high-speed precision gear. The burr detection system comprises a base, which is jointly composed of a round-waist-shaped bottom plate and two ground contact supports welded to the bottom of the round-waist-shaped bottom plate in a front-back symmetry manner. Each ground contact support is composed of a bottom supporting rod and two vertical supporting plates welded to a top end of the bottom supporting rod in a left-right symmetry manner. Two electric motors are locked by means of screws and are symmetrically arranged at a top end of the round-waist-shaped bottom plate, wherein the left electric motor is used for generating power, and the right electric motor is used for outputting power; a top end of a rotating shaft of the right electric motor is sleeved with a driving gear; and a left limiting shaft cap is provided with two F-shaped mounting rods, which are welded and supported downwards in a manner of corresponding to each other left and right and being spaced apart front and back, and a blocking assembly penetrates and is slidably mounted at a bottom section of each of the two F-shaped mounting rods. In the present invention, the left electric motor is used for generating power, so that most of the test kinetic energy can be converted into electric energy, which is stored for reuse; therefore, the problem of the waste of electric energy not being conducive to energy conservation and emission reduction is solved.
