Abstract:
There had been a problem in which a repulsive electromagnetic force between positive and negative bus bars would damage chips or a power module, leading to an arc being generated, which would further spread the damage. Thus, the present invention is configured so that the positive and negative bus bars (2, 3) connecting two devices form a one-turn loop current path (29), thereby suppressing the repulsive electromagnetic force generated between the bus bars, and reducing the possibility of arc generation in the power module.
