Abstract:
Each of a first capacitor element (320a) to an eighth capacitor element (320h), which have equal inductance, and an electric circuit are electrically connected via a positive pole busbar (330) and a negative pole busbar (340). The positive pole busbar and the negative pole busbar each have a main busbar (370) provided with a through-hole (370e) for connecting to the electric circuit, and a first branch busbar (380a) to an eighth branch busbar (380h), each of which has one end linked to the main busbar and the other end linked respectively to the plurality of capacitor elements. The impedance between the one end of each of the plurality of branch busbars and the plurality of capacitor elements becomes smaller as the impedance between the points where those branch busbar ends are linked to the main busbar and the points where the through-holes (370e) are formed becomes larger.
