Abstract:
The invention is a liquid emulsion that is suitable for the rapid and effective cleaning of the surfaces of all kinds of machinery (engine blocks of vehicles, airplanes, helicopters, combat vehicles, vehicles and devices for military use, agricultural vehicles and their parts), equipment, parts and capable of removing oil and sludge contamination. Furthermore it is suitable for dissolving crude oil from the sea surface after oil catastrophes, for cleaning the contaminated beaches, animals and plants and for removing the crude oil layer causing their deaths. The manufacturing is simple and rapid. The components are widely accessible and the production does not require complicated technical solutions.

PATENT CLAIMS

Main patent claim:

Due to its composition, the C-S-F Engine Block cleaning liquid is based on simplicity as it consists of aliphatic blue ULTRA dishwashing detergent that can be found in every household, green FEYA liquid dishwashing substance, 95 octane gasoline or 85 octane ethanol, simple JAR dishwashing fluid and an added large volume of water in such way that during the 60-minute continuous stirring the molecular solid structure of the liquid changes the mixture into a white, milk-like liquid.

Patent claim 2:

The sequence and duration of the stirring is very important. The aliphatic blue Ultra dishwashing powder has to be added to the 95 octane gasoline (hydrocarbon derivative) used as solvent or to the 85 octane ethanol and the mixture shall be continuously stirred for 30 minutes.

Patent claim 3:

The green FEYA liquid dishwashing substance shall be added, continued stirring

Then 95% water shall be added along with the JAR dishwashing fluid, while the mixture is continuously stirred and after another 30 minutes of stirring the white, milk-like liquid emulsion will be ready.

C-S-F Engine Block cleaning liquid emulsion suitable for cleaning oily contaminations off the surfaces of all kinds of machinery, equipment and parts, furthermore suitable for dissolving crude oil from the surfaces of the seas, beaches, animals and plants

The invention is a liquid emulsion that is suitable for the rapid and effective cleaning of the surfaces of all kinds of machinery (engine blocks of vehicles, airplanes, helicopters, combat vehicles, vehicles and devices for military use, agricultural vehicles and their parts), equipment, parts and suitable for removing oil and sludge contamination. Furthermore it is suitable for dissolving crude oil from the sea surfaces after oil catastrophes, for cleaning contaminated beaches, animals and plants and for removing the crude oil layer causing their deaths.

Several other products are suitable for the cleaning of engine blocks, e.g. Brigeciol 3D, Netra Motorblokk, Re+Cord Aktiv 3D engine block cleaner. However, none of the enlisted products are biodegradable like the C-S-F Engine Block cleaner. The components of the C-S-F Engine Block cleaner and the simplicity of its manufacturing ensure that this liquid emulsion is fully environment-friendly but still suitable for removing contaminations quickly and efficiently. The treatment prolongs the lifetime of machinery, equipment or of the surface. The liquid should be sprayed on the surface and left on it for a period of 3-5 minutes. Then it should be rinsed with water and the oily contamination is gone.

Based on today's knowledge there is only one product applied to dissolve crude oil: these are the chemicals Corexit 9500 and Corexit 9570A from the USA. These chemicals were deployed at the time of the oil catastrophe in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010 to dissolve crude oil spills. The oil spill was gone but we are not aware of the environmental consequences. The US government does not disclose the data of the marine biological measurements performed after the deployment of the liquid. According to the latest data the number of bottlenose dolphins has drastically dropped in the gulf. The invention contains natural components and 95% of the liquid is water. It is alkaline and this is important as in the area of an oil catastrophe the sea water becomes acidic.

The invention therefore offers solution for the above problems in a complex, global and effective way. The composition of the invention, the C-S-F engine block cleaning fluid is based on simplicity as it consists of aliphatic blue ULTRA dishwashing detergent that can be found in every household, green FEYA liquid dishwashing substance, 95 octane gasoline or 85 octane ethanol, simple JAR dishwashing fluid and an added large volume of water in such way that during a 60-minute continuous stirring the molecular solid structure of the liquid changes the mixture into a white, milk-like liquid. During the stirring the weight and the specific weight grows but the unit of measurement (litre) does not. The order and duration of the stirring is very important: the aliphatic blue Ultra dishwashing powder has to be added to the gasoline or ethanol (hydrocarbon derivative) used as a solvent and the mixture shall be continuously stirred for 30 minutes. Then green FEYA liquid dishwashing substance shall be added during continuous stirring, then 95% water shall be added along with one unit of JAR dishwashing fluid, while the mixture is continuously stirred. It is very important that the water and the JAR shall be added simultaneously. The stirring is continuous and after another 30 minutes of stirring the emulsion is ready. 60 litres of the emulsion requires the following volumes: 5 litres 85 octane ethanol or 95 octane gasoline, 1.5 kg blue Ultra powder, 2.5 litres of green Feya, 55 litres of water, 1 litre of JAR. The invention (the liquid emulsion) provides an environment-friendly solution for the removal of oil and sludge contamination from machinery, equipment and parts and it can provide a complex and global solution for the cleaning of areas affected by oil catastrophes, cleaning the flora and the fauna and providing the recovery of the beaches. The liquid emulsion is biodegradable, easy-to-produce, cost-effective and its production is rapid. Its application is also easy.
