Abstract:
Disclosed is a cabinet for medicine storage having a lid locking means mounted on the lid side of the interior thereof, the locking means allowing opening and locking of the lid by means of an electric signal. The cabinet for medicine storage disclosed comprises: a container provided with a medicine storage space in the interior thereof and an opening on the upper side thereof; a lid coupled to the container via a hinge so that the opening on the upper side of the container can be opened and closed; a solenoid actuator mounted fixedly on the inner surface of the lid and provided with a rod which can protrude towards a side wall of the container; a rod holder, provided on a side wall of the container, for blocking the opening from being uncovered by having the front end part of the rod couple with the rod holder when the rod protrudes when the lid is covering shut the opening of the container; a lid-mounted PCB mounted fixedly on the inner surface of the lid so as not to overlap with the solenoid actuator, and provided with a controller for controlling the operation of the solenoid actuator; and an harness extending from the lid-mounted PCB to the exterior of the container via a groove from the upper corner of the container to the bottom thereof so as to allow electricity to be supplied to the lid-mounted PCB.
