Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cable connection device and an uninterruptible power distribution method and, more specifically, to a cable clamp connection device having an insulating lifting function and an indirect live wire uninterruptible power distribution method using the device, the uninterruptible power distribution method: allowing a construction cable clamp to be towed and lifted by a mechanical operation caused by a small force of a live wire electrician, unlike a conventional uninterruptible power distribution method in which a heavy construction cable clamp has been connected and removed until now by relying on the physical strength of a live wire electrician; and, differently from a process, in the conventional method, in which a temporary cable holder is separately provided so as to allow a construction cable to be mounted and then to be connected again to an extra high-voltage electric wire, allowing a cable clamp to be mounted, with an insulating towing belt, in the cable clamp connection device having an insulating lifting function, without using a temporary cable holder and enables the construction cable clamp to be immediately and directly connected to an extra high-voltage power line in the mounting state in a required process, thereby simplifying a work process so as to reduce work time, enabling a more complete electrical connection of the construction cable clamp through a simple mechanical operation rather than relying on the physical strength of the live wire electrician, and remarkably reducing the workload of a worker, and the like, such that onsite utilization, economical feasibility, and safety can be increased.
