Abstract:
A cable (1) for communication is provided with a leaky coaxial cable (11) and a long lamp unit (12). The lamp unit (12) is supported by the leaky coaxial cable (11). The lamp unit (12) is provided with a plurality of white LEDs (15). The plurality of white LEDs (15) are arranged so as to follow along the leaky coaxial cable (11). Use of the cable (1) for communication makes it possible to improve a work environment in a dark place such as the hoistway (2) of an elevator.
