Abstract:
Provided are: a cable connection structure that, while reducing the attachment height of a coaxial cable, can prevent deformation and the like of the cable at the connection section; and an endoscope device. The cable connection structure (100) is characterized in that in a substrate (10) having a plate-shaped substrate (11), which comprises an insulating body, a central conductor connection electrode (12), which connects a central conductor (2), and a shield connection electrode (14), which connects a shield (4), the shield connection electrode (14) results from a ground (13) formed at the reverse surface side of the surface to which the central conductor connection electrode (12) is formed at the substrate (11) being exposed, the connection site of the substrate (10) to which a coaxial cable (1) is connected is such that from the end section, the shield connection electrode (14), substrate (11), and central conductor connection electrode (12) are laminated in a manner so as be revealed in a stepwise manner, the coaxial cable (1) in which the central conductor (2), inner insulating body (3), and shield (4) are exposed in a stepwise manner from the tip section is disposed at the substrate (10) and the respective sites are connected.
