Abstract:
Provided is a cable connector and a cable connector assembly that can reduce crosstalk that can occur between approaching differential pairs in an electronic device side end part of a cable. This cable connector is for electrically connecting cables (31a) to an electronic device (an optical transceiver or integrated circuit, for example), the cable connector comprising a metallic shield member (20) that covers a differential pair (30a) configured from the cables (31a) in the periphery near the end part on the electronic device side.
