Abstract:
A cable holding device in a device for conveying work between adjacent pressing machines. A cable holding device (10) is used for a work conveyance device where a support section (3) is installed on a support member (2) provided between pressing machines (P1, P2) and a conveyance arm (5) is swingably supported at the support section (3). The cable holding device (10) is constructed from a rack arm (11), a slide support body (12), and a cable support (13). The rack arm (11) is swingably connected to the upper end of the conveyance arm (5) and holds a part of a cable. The slide support body (12) is positioned above the conveyance arm and moves vertically, and the rack arm (11) is swingably connected to slide support body (12). The cable support (13) is connected at its one end to the slide support body and connected at the other end to a cable fixation section (6) provided on the slide support body, in the direction crossing the direction of work conveyance, and supports a part of the cable. The cable can be effectively accommodated even in a narrow gap between adjacent pressing machines, and as a result, the spacing between the pressing machines can be reduced.
