Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a cable insulation layer extrusion device convenient to cool. A support shell communicates with a feeding box, an extrusion feeding mechanism is arranged in the support shell; an upper shell, a lower shell, a first end cover and a second end cover form a cavity, and the support shell communicates with the cavity; the first end cover is provided with an adhesive outlet cylinder, and the cavity is provided with a cable cylinder; one end of the cable cylinder passes through the second end cover, and the other end passes through the first end cover; and the other end of the cable cylinder is located in the adhesive outlet cylinder, a clamping mechanism is arranged on a bottom plate, and a cooling mechanism is arranged on the bottom plate. In the present invention, high-temperature insulation melt adhesive is extruded and flows out from a gap formed between the cable cylinder and the adhesive outlet cylinder and wraps the outer circumference of a cable, the clamping mechanism squeezes and fixes the cable and the high-temperature insulation melt adhesive on the outer circumference of the cable, and the cooling mechanism cools the high-temperature insulation melt adhesive on the outer circumference of the cable, thus the cable and the high-temperature insulation melt adhesive can be tightly adhered, the high-temperature insulation melt adhesive is cooled in time, and the cooling efficiency and the cooling quality of an insulation layer are improved.
