Description:
CABLE PROTECTION HOSE FITTING APPARATUS

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention is related with, hose fitting apparatus that allows the protection hoses surrounding the cables and wires to get through for the protection of cables and wires after assembly used in military armored vehicles, electrical industry and vehicle production.

The invention is especially about; roller bearing allowing the electrical cable to come out of the bearing by turning it half a turn (180°) using its 360° rotation characteristics on its own axis; cable protection hose fitting apparatus involving angular tip ensuring entry of the electric cable into the cable protection hose by opening the spiral-shaped cable protection hose advanced on the horizontal axis through the clamping slot channel.

STATE OF THE ART

In parallel with the technology development, there are great improvements in military vehicles. The essential goals of these improvements are the desire to make the military vehicle fast, comfortable, convenient and reliable. An integral part of military vehicles is electrical and electronic components. Intercommunication of these parts is provided via cables. There should be no technical fault with these vehicles being very hard to repair in battle time. For this reason, robust cable protection hoses are used to ensure best protection of the vehicles' electrical cables. Nowadays, for cable protection hose, 61806620, 61806621, 61806630, 61806631 series products are used depending on the cable diameter. In the current technique, two sets are used as the standard part and the manufactured apparatus. In the first application, the use of the tool with patent number PAT. PEND. F P 1033799 (CAT15) was tried however, the apparatus could not be used due to the failure in the application during the cable placement in the protection channel.

The cable protection hose in another application used in the current technique, is passed to the cable with an apparatus manufactured by linking wooden and steel shims. This application is hard and it is not a suitable method for serial production. Furthermore, doing this job for a long time is not preferred because it is not an ergonomically appropriate job. It is not advised to use apparatus due to apparatus deformation during cable protection hose installation and the sharp edges harming both the user and the cable.

Methods and apparatus used in the current art is not a feasible method in serial production.

In the current technique, able shell stripped due to the sharp edges of the apparatus. Hence damages the cable.

In the present technique, the apparatus deforms quickly requiring a large number of manufactures.

In the current art, since sharp edges pose a danger to user, it is not a feasible method in terms of occupational safety and health.

Too much labor time is required in the present technique. As a result the need for a new economical, convenient, practical cable protection hose attachment and the inadequacy of existing solutions for the solution of the above- mentioned problems existing in the current art, made it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field.

PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION

The current invention is related with, cable protection hose fitting apparatus that allows the protection hoses surrounding the cables and wires to get through for the protection of cables and wires after assembly used in military armored vehicles, electrical industry and vehicle production to remove the disadvantages specified above and to bring new advantages in the relevant technical field.

The most significant purpose of the invention is that to be suitable for use in terms of occupational health and safety, since the application method is easy and it is safe to use.

Another purpose of the invention is to save time and labor by shortening the assembly time. Decreased the assembly time to 5-15 seconds per meter. This time was previously 100-110 seconds when assembling manually without apparatus.

Another important purpose of the invention is to prevent damage to the cable surface.

Another important aim of the invention is to be ergonomic. Moreover it is suitable to serial production.

The structural and characteristic specifications of the invention and all its advantages will be comprehended more clearly thanks to the figures given below and the detailed explanation written with reference to these figures and therefore the assessment should be made by considering these figures and detailed explanation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, preferred structuring of the cable protection hose fitting apparatus (100), is explained only for a better understanding of the subject and in a way that does not create any limiting effect.

Hose fitting apparatus (100) and its details are shown in Figures 1 - 5. In our invention, the electrical cable (A) is placed in the channel (131) in the clamping slot (130) in a vertical position. The purpose of this process is to limit the displacement of the cable protection hose (B) in the "x, y" coordinate (right/left) while it is being passed to the electrical cable (A) and to ensure to be easily passed to the cable protection hose (B). Here, the clamping slot (130) and the main body are linked to each other with rivets (180). In addition, all the elements are located on the main body (110). In addition, the clamping slot (130) is the structure supporting the electrical cable (A) to pass into the cable protection hose (B) by compressing the cable protection hose (B) while the cable protection hose (B) moves through the angled surface (111) on the main body (110). The bearing housing (120) is rotated half a turn (180°) by using its 360° rotation characteristic on its own axis, so that the electrical cable (A) protrudes out of the bearing (140).

System locked by applying force to the handle (152) of the locking system (150) mounted on the main body (110), the pin (151) rotating on the axis of the bolt (170) entering the slot (121). The purpose of this locking is to restrict the displacement (up/down) of the bearing housing (120) in "z" coordinate during the progression of the cable protection hose (B) to the electrical cable (A), the bearing housing (120) and the channel (131) in the compression housing (131).

The cable protection hose (B) is progressed on the horizontal axis through the channel (131) of the clamping slot (130) in the direction where the electrical cable (A) is located. At this stage, the bearing (140) rotates on its own axis, making it easier to progress. Spiral-shaped cable protection hose (B), progressing in the clamping socket (130) channel (131), is opened thanks to the angled tip (111), allowing the electric cable (A) to enter the cable protection hose (B). This process is continued until the process of passing the cable protection hose (B) to the electrical cable (A) is completed and thereby assembling procedure is completed.

When the load applied to the locking system (150) is removed, by means of the spring (160), the locking system (150) is brought back to its original state and brought to open status.

Protection scope of this application is identified in the claims section it is evident that that an expert can demonstrate the innovation introduced in the invention by using similar structuring with a technique cannot be limited to those described above for illustrative purposes and/or can implement this structuring in other similar areas used in the relevant technique. Therefore, it is obvious that such structuring will lack the criteria of innovation, and especially of exceeding the state of the art.
