Abstract:
Disclosed is a cable tie. The cable tie comprises a cable tie body and a rotation part. The cable tie body comprises a metal wire body (1) and a cladding body (2). An outer surface of the metal wire body is coated with a zinc coating (3), the cladding body is formed by a low-density polyethylene material in a one-step manner, the cladding body is composed of an arc-shaped accommodating cavity (201) and an insulation base (202), the rotation part is of an arc body structure formed by winding the metal wire body and the cladding body, the metal wire body is arranged between the arc-shaped accommodating cavity and the insulation base, the diameter of the metal wire body is 0.25 mm-5 mm, the metal wire body matches the arc-shaped accommodating cavity, and a concave body structure (4) is arranged at an upper end of the insulation base. Further disclosed is a production process for the cable tie. A metal wire in the cable tie does not protrude outwards, rapid production of a fully automatic cable tie machine can be satisfied, it is guaranteed that the cable harness machining quality is stable, and the cable tie has the characteristics of being rapid in binding, having good insulativity, being convenient to use, etc.
