Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cage-securing mechanism making it possible to minimize movement of a cage during normal operation and during a backwashing task, and to prevent damage to a filter, without adversely affecting workability during maintenance or other times. According to the present invention, there is provided a cage-securing mechanism in a pulse-jet dust collector having a cylindrical filter (30), which is joined to a cell plate (24) and into which a cage (36) is inserted; and a backwashing manifold (40) arranged above the cage, wherein the cage-securing mechanism is provided with a venturi tube (38) joined to an upper part of the cage, and an elastic-securing member (48) for urging the venturi tube toward the cell plate, the elastic fixation member being arranged between the manifold and the venturi tube.
