Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a calcium treatment method for molten steel, the method comprising the steps of pretreatment, primary smelting, vacuum refining and casting of molten iron, wherein during vacuum refining, after the adjustment of the components of molten steel is finished, the pressure of a vacuum system is adjusted to 5-25 kPa, and then Ca is added to the molten steel for a calcium treatment. In the calcium treatment method for molten steel, calcium is added to molten steel during vacuum refining of the molten steel to cancel the calcium line station, which can overcome the disadvantages of traditionally adding calcium to a ladle in the form of calcium line, and achieve the effects of relieving the crowding of a factory plant, shortening the refining time, improving the purity of the molten steel and improving the environment.
