Abstract:
This calculation system: manages service management information for managing the correspondence relationship between the magnitude of maturity, which represents the degree to which digitalization is promoted in business, and a useful service for promoting the digitalization of the business; acquires operation data including information pertaining to an operation of a business system from the business system operated by a first business operator; estimates the maturity of the business system of the first business operator on the basis of the operation data; refers to the service management information on the basis of the maturity; identifies a service to be recommended for the first business operator to introduce; and presents information pertaining to the identified service.
