Abstract:
A calender with a good fabric calendering effect, the calender comprising a box body, a gas outlet pipe, a heating pipe, an electric motor, a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft, a gas inlet pipe, gears, a fourth rotating shaft, and a steam box, wherein the steam box is connected to a bottom surface of the box body; two ends of the heating pipe are respectively connected to an inner wall of the box body; the gas inlet pipe is provided with an air pump; two ends of the gas inlet pipe and two ends of the gas outlet pipe are respectively connected to the steam box and the heating pipe; the second rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the heating pipe; a driven gear is sleeved on an outer side of the second rotating shaft; the electric motor is connected to the inner wall of the box body; the first rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the electric motor and the inner wall of the box body; a driving gear is sleeved on the first rotating shaft; the driving gear is in meshing connection with the driven gear; fixed shafts are respectively arranged at two ends of the fourth rotating shaft, and are slidably connected to the gears; the gears are in meshing connection with the driven gear; and two sets of gears are respectively rotationally connected to the inner wall of the box body. By means of the present utility model, a roller surface is uniformly heated, and cloth of different materials and thicknesses can be calendered, thereby improving a calendering effect.
